Assignment of rights

These are contracts or agreements that transfer your intellectual property rights to third parties temporarily or permanently. These transfers can occur through the acquisition of third parties, franchises and others.

Assignments and transfers are the way in which you can allow third parties to use your trademark, patent, etc. in a controlled manner.

This allows you to franchise, market, sell and so on your business, brand, etc. and for third parties to make use of it to extend the reach of your services and/or products, inventions, etc.

To prepare an assignment , it is necessary to work on the contract that establishes the obligations and responsibilities of both parties, among other things, and then it must be signed by them.

Requirements:

The requirements are quite simple, we only require the following:

  • Name, ID or RUC and address of the person or company to whom you are going to transfer the rights.
  • Reason why you are going to transfer the rights and to what you are assigning those rights Ex. Mergers, acquisitions, trademarks, patents, copyright, etc.

We'll take care of the rest!
